Ready to adopt?

Please download** our Adoption Application  from Google docs, fill it in and email to the appropriate email address.   Note: You can not fill in the application directly on google docs.  Edit access will not be provided.

**At the top left hand corner of the screen, click on “File” and then “Download.”  Open the downloaded document to fill it out (you may need to click “enable editing” on the document.

Where to send the application:

• Look at the cat’s profile for a foster and use the foster’s email for fastest communication.
• If no email address has been specified, you may email it to our general inbox.
• If you do not have email, you may send by U.S. mail to the Stray Haven P.O. box.

Applicants must be a minimum of 21 years of age and gainfully employed.

Please note that Stray Haven is comprised solely of volunteers. We appreciate your patience as we process applications and respond to inquiries. Please allow at least 3-5 days for a response (up to two weeks if your application was mailed).
